Dr. Reshma Dhake

Dentist

Dr. Dhake graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentristy. She has practiced at a variety of group practices and public health clinics throughout the Chicagoland area.  She is a member of the Chicago Dental Society, Illinois State Dental Society, and American Dental Association.  She loves providing compassionate care for her community and strives make every patient feel as comfortable as possible.

In her free time, Dr. Dhake volunteers at a free clinic providing dental care of the underserved. She also enjoys cooking, running, volunteering and traveling.  She has completed six triathlons, five half marathons, and one marathon.

 

Dr. Daisy Varughese

Dentist

Dr. Daisy Varughese, or "Dr. Daisy" as some of her patient's comfortably call her, provides quality,  customized care at Complete Care Dental with the utmost compassion.  As a graduate of the University of Illinois-Chicago College of Dentistry, she is also an active member in the American Dental Association, Illinois Dental Society, and Chicago Dental Society.  She is also pursuing further dental education through a Fellowship program with the Academy of General Dentistry.  Dr. Varughese truly listens to each of her patients and provides them personalized dental treatment, catered to their needs and desires.  With comfort and patient education as top priorities, she strives to make you and your family's trip to our office a positive experience.  

In her free time, Dr. Varughese loves learning about eco-friendly practices, baking delicious cakes (a dentist with a bit of a sweet tooth), doing yoga and exploring the city of Chicago.  She also loves to sing and often renders this talent to comfort children (and adults by request).  .  

 

Dr. Matthew Israel

Dr. Israel also went to University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry for his DDS as well as for completion of his Masters in Science for Orthodontics.  When he is not working improving people's smiles, he likes to spend time with his wife and daughter as well as cheer for the White Sox.

Krystyna Skrabacz

Hygienist

Kyrstyna is one of our hygienists at Complete Care Dental and has been working at this office for more than10 years. She treats her patients at Complete Care Dental as part of her extended family. She speaks Polish and English and makes every effort to make her patients get the best care.

In her free time, she enjoys staying physically active, reading, and spending time with her family and dog.

 

 

Patricia Villagomez

Office Manager

Patricia is another smiling face you will see at our office.  She does everything she can take make sure her patients are informed, comfortable and happy. She lives very close to our office and has ties to the community.  She has a true passion for dentistry and people's well-being.  She speaks Spanish as well.  She loves spending her free time with her daughter and husband.

 

Angelica Alfaro

Dental Assistant

Angelica has grown up in the Brighton Park community.  She loves volunteering and spending time with her family.  Her favorite thing about being part of the Complete Care Dental team is getting to know her patients and making sure they have a great visit!

 

 


Leticia Haro

Dental Assistant

Leticia is another team member striving to make her patients' experience at Complete Care Dental very enjoyable.  When she isn't educating patients on importance of good oral hygiene, she is spending time with her friends and family, running, and playing guitar.

 

Yasmin Cantu

Receptionist
